I'm a disabled veteran who took an oath to serve our country and protect our people. That oath didn't end when my active duty service ended. Our people aren't being protected, not here at home. The people of my district feel as though they've been ignored for years. We have no hospitals, we have no urgent care centers, we hardly have anywhere that you can work that pays a living wage. Nearly 20% of our people live below the poverty line and make less than $27,000 a year. I'm hoping to change that. If our current representative won't fight to change this, I will.
